Dawn Foundations Course

A comprehensive 4-week self-guided program introducing the principles and practices of intentional early rising. Each week focuses on a different dimension: establishing rhythm, protecting practice time, integrating creative work, and sustaining momentum. The course includes daily prompts delivered by email, guided audio reflections for morning use, and access to our private community forum where participants share experiences and support one another.

Ideal for those who prefer independent learning with light community support. No scheduled calls or fixed meeting times — work through the material at your own pace within the 4-week framework.

Personal Mentorship

One-on-one guidance tailored specifically to your creative practice, lifestyle, and goals. Over 12 weeks, you will work through eight 60-minute sessions that address your unique challenges and opportunities. Between sessions, you have email access for questions and course corrections as you implement changes.

The mentorship begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current schedule, creative work, and morning capacity. We then develop a customised plan that respects your constraints while progressively building toward your ideal practice. Sessions can be scheduled flexibly to accommodate travel and varying commitments.

Creative Couples Program

A specialised 8-week program designed for partners who wish to develop morning practice together. Sharing a home while maintaining different schedules presents unique challenges. This program addresses the practical and relational dimensions of building a shared dawn practice.

The program includes four joint sessions and two individual sessions for each partner, allowing us to address both shared goals and individual needs. Couples learn to support each other's practice while respecting different creative rhythms. Particularly valuable when one partner is already committed to early rising and the other is curious.

Monthly Sunrise Circle

An ongoing community for practitioners who have completed one of our programs or who have established morning practice independently. The circle meets virtually on the first Saturday of each month at 6:30 AM Eastern for a 90-minute session combining guided practice, group reflection, and peer support.

The circle provides accountability and connection that helps sustain practice over the long term. Members report that knowing others will be rising early provides motivation on difficult mornings. The group also offers a space to share adaptations, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate breakthroughs.

Choosing the Right Program

Selecting the appropriate entry point depends on your current circumstances, learning style, and goals. Here are some guidelines to help you decide:

If you are new to early rising and want to explore whether this practice suits you, the Dawn Foundations Course provides a low-commitment introduction with enough structure to give you a genuine experience of the practice.

If you have tried and failed before or have specific challenges that require personalised attention, Personal Mentorship offers the individualised support that self-guided programs cannot provide. The investment is higher, but so is the success rate.

If you learn best through immersion and can dedicate five consecutive days, the Sunrise Immersion Retreat creates an environment where transformation happens naturally. The residential format removes obstacles and allows you to focus entirely on developing your practice.

If you lead a creative team and want to explore morning practice as an organisational intervention, the Corporate Dawn Workshop introduces the concepts without requiring individual commitment. It often leads to individual program enrollments as team members discover personal resonance with the approach.

If you share your life with a partner and want to develop practice together, the Creative Couples Program addresses the relational dynamics that can either support or undermine individual efforts. Building practice as a shared endeavour often strengthens both the practice and the relationship.

If you have established practice and want ongoing community support, the Monthly Sunrise Circle provides connection and accountability without the structure of a full program. Many participants continue in the circle for years.
