Program Enrollment

Current Participants

If you are currently enrolled in a program and have questions or need support, please email [email protected] with your program name in the subject line. Mentorship clients may also contact their mentor directly using the contact information provided at the start of your program.

Visiting Our Studio

Our Toronto studio serves as the base for mentorship sessions and occasional in-person events. The space reflects the values of our practice: natural light, minimal distraction, and a sense of calm appropriate to morning work.

If you are a current program participant and wish to schedule an in-person session (where available), please coordinate directly with your mentor or program contact. We do not maintain regular drop-in hours, but welcome scheduled visits from participants and prospective participants who wish to experience the space before committing to a program.

The studio is located in the Spadina corridor, easily accessible by TTC streetcar and within walking distance of several parking facilities. During winter months, we recommend arriving before dawn to experience the full morning transition.
